Time to Invest in Banks Again?
Now is a good time to invest in the banking sector, but not the firms affected by the U.S. subprime-mortgage crisis, according to Prof. David Costa, dean of Robert Kennedy College. CNBC's Ross Westgate reports.

Hi Professor David, you really impresses me every time I listen to your analysis about current economical issues. Oveall the Sept. 2009 Investment Mangement Residency Lecture at Swiss Stock Exchange in Zurich was extremely amazing. Thank you for everything.

Dear Prof,
So impressed to hear your thoughts on agriculture and the horizon of this investment. However, as am working in the banking sector, I am so interested to know your sight on the realestate market and the huge investment in the Gulf area, particalrly in the UAE. Is it a bobble? Any sustainability can be seen in such investments?

Dean Costa,
I support what you mentioned on the banking industry, especially what relates to banks operating in a specific niche. The unjustified drop in stock prices due to a negative market sentiment gives a good investment opportunity.
Anyway it was great seeing you and RKC on CNBC!! Best of luck.
Cheers,
Amr
